What we receive

If you email us, we receive your email address, the name you provide, your message and attachments. Website delivery and security services may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser information. The public launch site has no customer account, checkout or newsletter form.

Why we use it

We use correspondence to answer enquiries and resolve requests. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing support, or taking steps at your request before a contract where relevant. Security processing helps keep the website available and prevent misuse. Records may also be retained where necessary to meet a legal obligation or handle a legal claim.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and routes messages sent to our domain. Those messages are delivered to our Proton-hosted support mailbox. These providers process information to supply their services; their infrastructure may involve processing outside the UK. Applicable safeguards and provider arrangements must be considered when information is transferred internationally.

Keeping information

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request and deal with related follow-up, disputes or legal obligations. The relevant purpose, sensitivity and any statutory requirements determine retention. We do not promise a deletion period for provider security records that we do not control.
